Financing & Leasing Terms
How our equipment financing and lease-to-own programs work, including eligibility, payments, ownership, and what happens at the end of your term.
| Program | Equipment Financing | Lease-to-Own |
|---|---|---|
| Ownership | At time of purchase | At end of lease term |
| Down Payment | Typically required, amount set by the lender | Often lower or waived, depending on the provider |
| Monthly Payment | Principal plus interest on the financed amount | Fixed periodic lease payment |
| End of Term | Loan is paid off and the equipment is already yours | Buyout, renewal, or return, per your lease agreement |
| Best For | Buyers who want immediate ownership and equity | Buyers who want a lower entry cost or added flexibility |
Overview
Seba Vending Inc. offers financing and lease-to-own programs to qualified business customers purchasing vending machines and related equipment, so operators can acquire equipment without paying the full price upfront.
These programs are arranged through independent third-party financing partners. Seba Vending Inc. helps facilitate the application but is not the lender or lessor unless your agreement specifically states otherwise. Read these Financing & Leasing Terms together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.
Financing vs. Leasing
We generally offer two program paths, summarized in the comparison table above:
Equipment Financing
A financed purchase works like a traditional loan — you own the equipment as soon as the purchase is made, and you make scheduled payments toward the financed amount plus interest until it's paid off.
Lease-to-Own
A lease-to-own arrangement lets you use the equipment while making periodic lease payments. Depending on your specific agreement, you may be able to buy the equipment outright at a set price when the lease ends, renew the lease, or return the equipment.
Eligibility & Application
Our financing and leasing programs are intended for business and commercial buyers. To apply, you'll generally need to provide:
- Your business name, entity type, and time in operation
- Business contact and address details
- Basic financial information requested by the financing partner
- Authorization for a credit or business credit check, where applicable
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. The financing partner reviewing your application determines approval, rates, terms, and any required down payment on its own.
Approval & Agreement Terms
If your application is approved, the financing partner will issue an agreement directly to you outlining your specific terms — payment amount, schedule, interest or lease rate, term length, and any applicable fees.
Payments
Payments under a financing or lease agreement go directly to your financing partner according to the schedule in your agreement, not to Seba Vending Inc., unless your agreement states otherwise. For billing questions, payment methods, or account issues, contact your financing partner directly.
Ownership & Title
Ownership of financed equipment generally passes to you at the time of purchase, subject to any lien the financing partner holds until the loan is fully paid. Ownership of leased equipment generally stays with the leasing company until a buyout option, if one exists, is exercised at the end of the lease. Your individual agreement governs the exact ownership and title terms that apply to your order.
Late Payments & Default
Late fees, default terms, and any right to repossess equipment are set by your agreement with the financing partner, not by Seba Vending Inc. We are not responsible for late fees, default consequences, or collection actions taken by a financing partner.
If you expect to have trouble making a scheduled payment, reach out to your financing partner directly as soon as you can.
Early Payoff
Many financing and lease agreements allow you to pay off or buy out early, though some include an early termination fee or require a minimum number of payments first. Whether early payoff is available to you, and what it costs, depends entirely on your specific agreement — contact your financing partner directly to request payoff terms.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
Your agreement may require you to carry insurance covering the financed or leased equipment against damage, theft, or loss for the duration of the term. Risk of loss for the equipment generally transfers to you upon delivery regardless of financing or lease status, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Returns on Financed or Leased Orders
Returns, cancellations, and refunds on financed or leased equipment are subject to both our Return & Refund Policy and the terms of your financing or lease agreement. Returning equipment does not automatically cancel or change your payment obligation to the financing partner — contact both Seba Vending Inc. and your financing partner before starting a return on financed or leased equipment.
Third-Party Financing Partners
The financing and leasing programs referenced here are provided by independent third-party financing companies, not by Seba Vending Inc. We don't guarantee approval, specific rates, or specific terms, and we aren't responsible for a financing partner's underwriting decisions, servicing practices, or privacy practices. Review the financing partner's own terms and privacy policy before applying.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Financing & Leasing Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs or partners. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Updating this page does not change the terms of a financing or lease agreement you've already entered into.
